Dormer
Attaching a box-shaped structure to your existing pitched roof, a dormer conversion will increase both the floor and head space on one side of your property. These additions are available with either an EPDM rubber flat roof or a pitched style to complement the existing exterior.
Dormer conversions are allowed under permitted development if placed at the rear of your Kenilworth property.
Hip-to-Gable
By extending the ridgeline out to join the gable end of your home and building up the side wall to enclose this newly created space, a hip-to-gable conversion adds a significant amount of room to any loft. For detached dwellings with two sloping sides, we can install double loft conversions.

Mansard

Velux
Where properties already have adequate space within the loft, we will install a selection of Velux windows to the pitched roof in order to create an illuminated area within. The conversion can be easily completed with adequate wall and flooring installations, forming the perfect internal space.
Once the windows are fitted to the rear of your home, there won’t be any need to seek planning permission here.
